UAE energy platform ePointZero to acquire 90% stake in Pan-African Azura power

UAE-based energy infrastructure platform ePointZero, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based 2PointZero Group, has agreed to acquire a 90 percent stake in pan-African independent power producer Azura Power.
