NEW DELHI — Bilateral cooperation between India and the United Arab Emirates stayed high on the agenda of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and the Indian Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh, when the two leaders met here officially on Thursday.
